I eat lots of fats (fish, nuts, almond butter,) and carbs as well. I keep my protein intake moderate and taper carbs and fats later at night so my body isn’t storing any fat. I eat most of my (energy) food morning to mid afternoon. I NEVER go to bed on an empty stomach, I know you hear it often but it’s a bad idea. Your body may go into a catabolic state where you are sacrificing muscle mass rather than fat deposits while you are sleeping.
