Amazing Triceps Routine
The majority of muscle in the arm comes from the triceps. In fact 2/3 of the muscle mass from the arm is from the triceps. While the biceps is one of the showier muscles in the body, it's the triceps that really make up most of your arm.
Here is an awesome routine to get the pump going in them and for you to fill out those sleeves. It consists of 5 exercises as follows: 1) Close Grip Diamond Push-Ups
2) Close Grip-Bench Press
3) Lying Dumbbell Extensions
4) V-Bar Pushdowns
5) Overhead Rope Extensions
