Alice Nicolai Workout
I’m on a progressive program. After my show, my trainer had me doing high repetition, lower weight workouts, to increase the strength of my joints. We then moved to lower reps, heavy weights, and currently my new regime is incorporating drop sets, which are brutal! My trainer doesn’t want to give all the secrets away, but here's my break downs for days I train. I usually do 4 different exercises and 4 sets each exercise. My workouts always change. They are progressive, so nothing is always the same!
Monday- Legs/Abs
Tuesday- Shoulders/Chest/More Legs
Wednesday- Back/Abs
Thursday- Biceps/Triceps
Friday- Shoulders/Glutes
