As I said before, my trainer doesn't want me to disclose in full detail what I eat on a daily basis. I aim for 6-7 small meals throughout the day, eating every 2 hours. Protein is a part of every meal (usually 4 ounces) and I try to have as much green veggies and berries as possible.
