Chest Exercise Training Workout
Lie down on the floor. Have a buddy hand you a 45 lb. plate over your chest while you grab the ends. With your feet out in front lying straight the floor on the floor, back and hips flat, lower the weight carefully until the plate reaches the middle of your chest but only about half an inch above your chest. Do not touch your chest as you want to keep constant tension on the chest the whole time and not use any momentum. Explode the weight upward in a controlled manner while maintaining proper posture throughout the whole movement until your arms are extended outward but with a slight bend.
